What Does MPEG-4 Part 2 Mean?
MPEG-4 Part 2 is an MPEG standard that is a part of the MPEG-4 standard group with the inclusion of AVC. The compression algorithm used in MPEG-4 Part 2 is much more efficient than MPEG-4, but the only exception is the inability of MPEG-4 Part 2 to provide compression for the AVC format. It offers efficient encoding and video compression compared to any other MPEG-4 compression algorithms.
