Candy appears on the Fortnite island during Fortnitemares - the game’s annual Halloween event.
Finding candy locations and then eatting said candy in Fortnite will grant you a variety of boosts, which may help you take out - or escape - enemy players.
This year’s Fortnitemares event has also seen the return of the Pumpkin Launcher! There’s also a new collection of Fortnitemares quests to complete and the Howler Claws allow you to activate the Wolfscent Ability.
Where to find candy in Fortnite explained
The easiest way to find candy during this Fortnitemares event is to visit Fort Jonsey. There you’ll find a collection of buckets and pumpkins full of sweets and, by interacting with them, you’ll be able to gather some candy.
If you don’t fancy visiting Fort Jonesy - it is quite the popular location after all - then we also found some candy at Loot Lodge, which is the new house sitting in the middle of Loot Lake.
Eatting the candy you collect will provide you with a number of bonuses, such as a faster running speed for a short period of time to restoring some health.
Don’t forget - the Pumpkin Launcher has also returned this Fortnitemares! A perfect weapon for taking your enemies out Halloween-style.
